God's People (Kirk Franklin)

GP's perish for they don't lookup the meanings of KJV words in a Strongs or Youngs concordance, for they are without excuse.

All the KJV study helps are available for download free with Bible software programs.

Some Church members are against Social Media. Why?

Some Church members are against Social Media. Why?
Not again!

Why do some people want to slam the door in the Church face? The Church is people! The Church is not a building where people hide, and hide their faith, afraid to go outside and face the real world. God has opened the door to us through social media. Only the chosen frozen can speak in Church. Here, everybody can have their say.

I have learned a lot from fellow Christians and believers of different faiths. We have radicals in all faiths that don’t want the word spread. It is arrogant to think that God only speaks to some people. We live in dangerous times. The Church is underground and invisible. On Social Media we are taking a risk sharing our common faith.

I feel that because of Social Media Christians has the opportunity to share the gospel. Not only that we are able to improve are teaching skills, and our evangelist skills. It makes it easier to share with strangers where ever you go. We equip ourselves by being openly challenged. We learn from others from around the world. Our Churches are not equipped for teaching and equipping the saints for ministry. Do you have all 5 ministry gifts from Eph 4:11 operating in your Church? No. Bible College and Seminary graduates freely give on social media. They do not ask for money. They do have not have much opportunity to do so in Church.

You do not have to respond to our Christian posts. It is better than what many leaders in your local congregations instruct their members to do. Members are ill equipped to discuss the Bible outside of the confines of their Church. They don't know how to evangelize and they feel rejected and condemned and rightly so. So there leaders tell them to slam the door in our faces when we only want to have Bible study.

With Social Media we freely discuss the Bible, and learn, and share with anyone. Even with people who claimed to be not of the Christian faith. I find so many of them I really enjoy fellowship with and them with me. It is no way else possible for we to meet.

About Me

My photo

I am a Community Chaplain (Helps Ministry) in Jackson, MS. I enjoy meeting new people and forming relationships which is ministry. I enjoy Public Preaching, writing about the Bible, discussing the Bible and most any contemporary topic.

Winston, a graduate of Bay Cities Bible Institute, Communications major at Kaplan Online University 3.9 GPA was asked, “What did it take to become the type of writer you are? He replied he had to leave mother, father, and sister, etc. After believing Malachi and Paul, Winston figured, “Why not try all of Gods word the same way?” and the word of God hasn't failed him yet. He completed Clinical Pastoral Education (C.P.E.) now a Chaplain, and has been a Systems Programming Analyst, and traveled across the country job related and he even went on a tour of the White House. His life testimony also includes his journey from a large family with all needs met but not many wants. He also began a trek in ministry traveling across the country with his second wife. Then he continued with a trek through homelessness, shelters, and transitional homes. During his homeless trek he carried in his backpack a laptop he purchased and he began to learn how to write. After going through all the trials and tribulations associated with that life style he prayed, “LORD if you ever have me write another book please give me a roof over my head.” Well, he did and he’s completed a total of twenty-one books.
